when a step back is a step forward

Yay! the brilliant green, my favourite japanese band ever is making a comeback with a single due to be released in august! I like the songs by the band because it reminds me of the innocence and positiveness and simplicity of life, rather than just something brooding or complex or the ever-so-lame no one understands me theme. Or the more annoyng I'm the boss/king/princess/queen of the world kinda stuff. They're something like my all time favourite band, Peach Union which basically sings about the the ups and downs of life all at the same time: dark lyrics in a cheerful tune.

Suprisingly, the new single is used as a theme song for a japanese drama and I think I wanna watch that drama, although I dont really want to. Kind of takes me to another place for now.

In reality, I have to let go of an oppotunity to go somewhere that my capabilities can expand: japan in a youth confrence thing because my exams fall on the same date and I dont exactly feel like facing that fact. I will eventually but just not now I guess.
